Ali MacGraw

Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actor, animal advocate and a writer, who has won numerous awards. Her movies are Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus ( 1969) as well as The Getaway ( 1972). In New York, she was born and brought up in an artistic family. The first job she had was a photo assistant. She then moved on to acting and modeling. The actress was awarded her the Golden Globe Award in 1990 because she was a promising young actress. The MacGraw's Love Story from 1970 was an enormous success that earned fame to the world and also an Academy Award nominee and Golden Globe Award. After only three movies, she was voted the Top female box-office start worldwide. Handprints, signatures and footprints were immortalized in 1972 by Grauman's Chinese Theater. Alongside The Getaway Convoy Players she played a part in the tv miniseries The Winds of War. Moving Pictures, her 1991 autobiography was published. MacGraw was married three times.
